What are the delivery times?

What are the shipping costs?

Free (standard) shipping over € 75 (Netherlands only). PostNL Tomorrow at home: € 4.25, Collection at a Service point € 8.95. View here More information on shipping costs.

How are your packages shipped?

All our shipments are packaged discreetly and anonymously. You cannot tell from the packaging where it comes from or what it contains. In addition, all our orders are shipped in boxes. Still have questions? Then take contact with us.

Did you order before Friday and the track&trace indicates the parcel will arrive on Tuesday?

Unfortunately, this is not correct. PostNL sends incorrect tracking every Friday that the parcel will not be delivered until after the weekend. Your parcel will still arrive on Saturday.

When will I receive my Track&Trace?

As soon as we deliver the parcels, you will receive the Track&Trace via e-mail. This is often around 7 am.

When do we ship packages?

We ship parcels from Monday to Friday. If you order before 18:00, it will be dispatched the same day.
